After filling in the Buy Back form with a valid order number, you will receive, within 24 hours on working days, an email with a shipping note.

Add a copy of your ID.

Package the device into an bpost pack or an aircushoned envelope. Only send us the device so NO accessories (like earphones, cables, charger) and stick the shipping note on the packaging.

Go to your local bpost and that's it.
